We run our own fleet of delivery vehicles, so you can be sure your new purchase will arrive in top condition!

Many internet based companies will only deliver your purchase on a pallet to your front door, but not us! We will deliver your new purchase and place it where requested, unpack it and even take away your old appliance(s)

By prior arrangement, we can also reverse the hinging on your fridge freezer (please note: some fridge freezers cannot be altered - please check before completing your purchase). We will also remove the doors from American style fridge freezers to help with access and replace them once situated in place.

The majority of products listed on Home Appliances Warehouse Ltd are in stock at your local Home Appliances Warehouse store, ensuring swift delivery of your order every time. Our distribution centre is more than capable of holding all product lines in substantial quantities and so we do not advertise products on our website that we can’t deliver within an acceptable period of time.

Please note that free delivery applies only to certain products at certain times, delivery charges may apply to other orders and purchases made in store. Additional charges apply for installation and removal of old appliances if the service is required. Same-day delivery is available on in store purchases only.

Prices quoted are subject to stock availability. It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods. If this is not done we are unable to take the matter up with the delivery company. If the delivery is not completed on the agreed date as a result of no one being available at the delivery address a second delivery charge will be applied.

If installation is required on a domestic appliance this is for connection to adjacent and available services.

If you have requested that the old product is to be removed for scrap, this must be disconnected in advance of the delivery of the new appliance.

Additional security checks may be carried out before your delivery date to ensure our customers are protected from potential fraudulent activity. You may therefore be contacted before your delivery date so that these checks can be carried out.
