REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your appliances and If for any reason you are unhappy with your appliance, you have 7 days as a cancellation period.

Simply call us to arrange a pick-up and as long as the goods are in its original packaging and the seal is intact, undamaged, having all parts, and is re-sellable, you will be given a full refund.

For larger items, such as Cookers and washing machines, a charge of £50.00 will incur.

Should you choose to return the item yourself, you will not be charged as long as the item is in the same condition it was delivered.

If you choose to cancel an item once it has left the warehouse, you will be charged the delivery fee.

In the unlikely chance an appliance is faulty, report the issue to us as soon as possible.

Please do not install damaged or unwanted goods and let us know of any issues within 72 hours of receipt via email.

Should you contact us regarding a faulty item, we require an inspection by a qualified engineer. Before we can arrange a replacement, we will check the item where it’s installed to see if we can fix the fault. We cannot apply refunds to appliances which are incorrectly installed.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

You are able to cancel your order to receive a refund as long as the order has not been processed. When needing to change an order, you must first cancel your original purchase in order to place the new one.
